We also operate on the basis of the Consumer Protection Act (L. 2251/1994) which governs issues related to distance sales.

Payment Methods - Collection - Transport Costs
- Payment by cash on delivery: upon receipt of the parcel by the carrier.

- Parcel shipments are made through a courier company, which delivers to the postal address stated by the customer when ordering at www.e-revival.gr . In the event that the parcel arrives at its destination open, damaged, abused, the customer has the right to refuse its receipt and payment.

Withdrawal / Return - Replacement of Products
You have the right to return the products you have purchased and to request their replacement
a) in all cases in which, with proven fault of www.e-revival.gr , wrong products or products of poor and defective quality were sold (error in receiving the order, in billing, shipping, damaged in transit, poorly packaged)
b) in all cases where there has been a proven problem or defect in the product.
In all these cases, the customer has the option either not to accept the receipt of the product in the first place or, after having received it, to return the product within 20 calendar days from the day of delivery after directly contacting the website www.e- revival.gr expose the problem and reach an agreement on its return. In any case, the products must be returned in perfect condition, in the condition they were received by the customer, complete, undamaged, with the product packaging being the one that normally accompanies the product. In this case, you only bear the direct cost of returning the products. The refund is made in the same way as the payment was made.

www.e-revival.gr must return the money within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request. Refunds may however be delayed if we do not receive the products or receipt for their return.

Order cancellation
If you have placed your online order, but the product has not been shipped, you can cancel it by sending a cancellation email to revival@revival.gr with the order details.
If the product has been shipped, you can still cancel the order by contacting us by sending an email to revival@revival.gr with the details of the order. In this case, you will have to bear the cost of shipping and returning the order.
